he is stuck at 90 and the final "ask him about Misty Quagmire when your part of the bargain is complete" doesn't trigger any further.

i have done everything else, i gave the death stuff to lady Beatrice. 109/109 achievements, just missing theology perk.

I noticed shepherd is also stuck with 3 options to let him wait.

Yea, its a bug... I have still "Ask about the vampires" and "Ask him about Misty Quagmire when your part of the bargain is complete" stuck and I have also finnished the DLC... The Theology perk seams to be the related to the choise you make in the end...

+1 The same issue. It did not interfere with reaching the game ending, but still hung there.
