Industriousness Perk
Maybe I am overlooking it or just haven't gotten far enough into the base game yet, but how do I I get the Industriousness Perk?

After finishing the DLC go to the Morgue there will be surprise waiting for you. Read the letter a you will get it the perk.

I thought I finished the dlc since my refugees left but I have not received the letter that you're talking about. Am I missing something?

There are 3 endings to the DLC. Exposing Beatrice, helping her and having the refugees leave. You only seem to get the perk if you help her.
