how to make memory tincture

So I just came back to this game to play the new dlc and am trying to remember how to do stuff. I have the 3 memory powder from the witch and I used the recipe but I cannot for the lfie of me find which station to use to produce the tincture. halp

I read the recipe but it won't let me put 3 powders into the crafting menu

You have to select the recipe itself from the recipe tab at the AW2;
