Refugee camp stuck on level 9

I cannot get the camp to grow. It is stuck on 9. Have done all the" requests" even "borrowed money. The level is on 9 happiness? float between 32 -33%.Am I missing something? Cannot add tents or anything else.

No, the limit isn't 9. Some people have problems with the satisfaction being suddenly zero, but your problem seems to be a bit different...

Yeah it seems that the camp is not recognizing the warehouse after i up graded it. I left some things in there that were not food or water. My guess is that the villagers tried to use one of them and it broke it some how. It shows that i can't even make happiness 0/0 it was it shows.

Same problem here, I've at least started the vampire quest but it was stuck since way before that, won't let me build an additional tent... In a previous game I was able to build all tents before completing the rest of the camp and before doing the vampire quest.

I'm stuck as well, I have 9 satisfaction, fully upgraded farm and cooking station 2, auto well but there are no further requests to build anything. also, vampire quest seem to have stalled. I spoke to everyone and there is nothing more I can see to do regarding the vampire.

OK, my fault apparently, I had not spoken to the farmer's boy about the vampire attacks. quest line is now back underway...

I have same problem, refugee camp is stuck at lvl 9 after I built the beehives and got the recepies from the cook. No new tasks no new refugees like mortician and tanner, cant build any more tents or anything at all.

It`s said in this thread to do the vampire quest but this is stuck too since I need to ask astrologer about the vampire and it needs lvl 40 relations with astrologer but to get lvl 40 I need restoration tools for astrologer from Snake and Snake needs lvl 40 relations for that and wants Necronomicon from astrologer that needs lvl 40 with astrologer so it`s like vicious circle between Snake and astrologer and nothing moves forward???

edit: nvm, got the vampire quest moving, damn necklace and hunchback was not done for Snake. Hopefully this gets the refugee camp moving too when vampire quest is done.
