What to do with gold quality "carved piece of marble"?

I've completed the bishops quest for 3 statues, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do with the additional gold star quality statues I've made. It's kinds frustrating to have something so high quality that you can't be made into gravestones. Is this an oversight from the developers, or is there actually something I can do with these things?
