There is vineyard the Inquisitor will give to you in his quest.

Also make sure that you have the skill unlocked in the gardening skill tree so that you can grow the grapes.

There's a blocked path a little up and to the right from your Home.
Clear that blockage and you'll have quicker access to the Grape-growing Vineyard area.
You can plant a few grapes on the few pre-placed plots, but to make more plots you'll have to get the Inquisitor's permission.

And as mentioned, you buy Bronze-star seeds at a Tier 1 Merchant on... the day he arrives. What're these days called? Gluttony day? Anyways, it's the brown-colored symbol.
As the Merchant's shop increases in Tier, you can buy Silver and Gold-star seeds from him as well.
And like Marquis said, don't forget to unlock the tech to grow grapes once you have your seeds.
