When is Xbox One getting the Breaking Dead DLC?

I saw this game at PAX East and was immediately ready for it, I chose to get it on Xbox One. I am highly anticipating the Breaking Dead DLC. Is there a timetable for that?

I loved it main reason I called you a capitalist pig lol well I cant wait to see what you guys do next besides the whole zombies thing maybe adding the town or the actual ship of the dead or even maybe a way to keep the ending set in stone once you've beat it was slightly sad to see nothing changed after it but yeah wouldn't mind that sorry about the level of vegness I dont wanna spoil the end for anyone who hasn't beat it yet I'm sure you understand ;)

So it's literally been more than a month since anybody from Lazy Bear has said anything in regards to the Breaking Dead update and why it's taking so long. I saw on Twitter though that you guys are working on another new DLC but haven't released Breaking Dead for us nor let us know what the status is and why it's taking so long. It should've been dome by now so what's the issue?

On top of that, Xbox is in verison 1.034 which is 4 versions behind the Breaking Dead Update and 21 total versions behind PC in general. This isn't fair and I feel the xbox community deserves an explanation

Especially since I bought the game on STEAM fo $14 and got the full DLC. Loved it so much I bought it on xbox but it was $20 and no DLC.

I am starting to think it will never be released. Sadly.

As we mentioned before, there is one main reason for weeks and weeks of waiting.
Xbox update is developing by another team, so we have enough time to create content and develop two brand new games simultaneously.

You may think it's not fair and it isn't. Our team is getting bigger day by day. However, we are indie studio with two titles and we are trying to support both.
Our Xbox fans may be disappointed because of 'Breaking Dead'-gate, but we will surprise them with extra content and bonuses.

So the game is not abandoned on Xbo. Every one over on Reddit is saying it is.

No it's not abandoned their making sure the dlc is as bug free as possible.

well reddit is probably correct at this point. generic answers and excuses make me wonder if i shouldnt just go for my money back for a broken game. after all wouldnt be the first time a creator has been shut down. and while i get it that you are indie your first goal should be quality and not new games. but ill wait one more month after that ill start contacting people. after all the promised update is taking longer then 7 other indie developers who have much smaller teams and find the time to actually keep track and interact with players.

We have certain reasons not to release update right now, there are technical issues that should be solved before update will come out.
