Free Gunter?

So... can Gunter not be freed? He seems like a nice guy, and although Gerry said never to release him, I kinda feel like leaving him locked up is the worse of the two options.

While talking to Gunter initially, I saw a dialogue option that said something like "I can free you if you'd like" but, figuring I'd be able to choose that option after I asked him some other questions, I didn't select it. Now, having finished all that talking to him... that option is no longer presented to me.

Can Gunter not be freed at all? Or will that option be presented again at a later time?

No, he says he is too old and frail now, he barely has any meat on his bones:)

My guess is that maybe in the future we can make him as a butler or zombie leader since it wouldn't be so hard to "repair" him with some "high quality" parts.

Right now the story focuses on the main characters but the point is that we will need new main characters if they add new content and gunther could be a main character since he is one of the first zombies and also a minor character now

If I recall correctly, Gunter mentions he is used to it and wants to stay there.

And you didn't read what the game said and then made a post about it. Why do you make comments like "Can Gunter not be freed at all?" when you KNOW the answer? I was not really making a question, its called a rhetorical question. I have read what you said and I am pointing out you are being rather stupid in your questions since you seems to already point out it can't happen. The fact you didn't pick an option and didn't get that information is not my problem.

Precisely how am I supposed to KNOW something if I DON'T KNOW IT?

The option was removed before I had the chance to select it, ergo, I never had the chance to learn what the response to it was, ergo, I cannot have possibly known if it would or would not be presented again at a later date.

But, apparently this concept is lost on you because all you seem interested in is berating people for no good reason. So please, go troll someone else.
