Anyone else disappointed with the ending? (spoilers)

I got really into all the stuff going on in the world when the game started, but then was really disappointed all the plot lines were unresolved at the end. The ship of the dead had me really curious, but then it just never gets discussed. Really felt unfinished.

Anyone else feel this way? Did this happen with punch club too?

there seemed like a strong indication that there would be more game coming to us with that little dialog at the end between Donkey and Gerry. I'd even be fine if it WAS paid DLC, but I suspect it will be free content for everyone who owns the game already. We will see!

But yes, the game ending as it stands leaves more to be desired for sure! What about the curse??!

There is a deeper meaning to everything if you notice how all major NPC are related and we still haven't found what the Ancient Contract is.
The game is complete, has enough content but people tend to complain because this game doesn't hold hands and you have to discover a lot of cool things

I suspect the town and/or the ship of the dead will be DLC in the future and maybe some more witchery.

This game needs to be on Switch, with 20 DLCs available.
