Autopsy question, blood and fat

I have a corpse comes in with 2 red skulls and I remove only blood and fat yet still have 1 red skull left.. I though removing blood and fat should get rid of 2 red skulls?

Hello.. from my personal experience I believe 1 of 2 things may have happened in your situation. #1 Bad surgery happened and you got a red skull. You possibly jacked that corpse's insides up (worse than Scooter's mama's girl parts, ---> Borderlands reference ha ha) or #2 You removed something that was actually a good attribute for the body when you took either blood or fat out.
It's happened to us all.. Later on when you remove the more important stuff you'll notice that like 2+ white skulls will disappear and unless you put the same organ back in; otherwise it stays that way.

I'm glad that information helped. I like the ratio of good to bad bodies you get in the game. I laughed so hard when I told my mortician friend (IRL) about the mess I made in this game. You're not alone.

Another thing is, when you get far enough in the game to unlock the Cultist techonology (It will be locked under a questionmark until you get far enough in the Inquisitor questline), you will be able to see red and white skulls for each body part and thus be able to remove and add the right things ^^

That'll help a lot since I tend to forget which part removes/adds what from time to time! In the meantime I'll just enjoy the mess I'm making :P Thank you both <333
