Problem with Snake/Ms Charm/Astrologer quest line
I've played the game for 40 hours now and I'm stuck. It would seem I've thrown the Fake Coins at Snake but did not get the 10 reputation afterwards, note the screenshot with Snake where there is no option to throw the Fake Coins at him. I cannot talk to Ms Charm and now I cannot progress the game with Snake/Astrologer. How do I fix this? Starting a new game after 40 hours isn't really an option...

You're recognizing the characters wrong.

Ms. CHARM has blonde hair and a red DRESS, and she only comes to the inn on the day of Lust (Venus symbol is highlighted).

Miss CHAIN has red HAIR and a brown dress, and she stands in the middle of the inn almost every day, sweeping and selling recipes. She says "talk to my husband".

The minstrel has blonde hair and a blue dress, and she stands beside the fireplace every day. She never speaks to you.

Your screenshots show you talking to Miss Chain, and the Minstrel. Your calendar shows that it is the day of Wrath (Mars symbol is highlighted).

Why can't you talk to Ms. Charm? The part you are missing is her telling you about her necklace. After throwing the coins at Snake, you need to go back and tell her so that seems to be where you are.

Can you go to her and take a screenshot of her options? That might help.

Neither of those are Ms. Charm... Ms. Charm comes on the female symbol day and stands in the middle of the fireplace, wearing a red dress.
