Chest in the 5th floor

Is the chest in the 5th floor of the dungeon supposed to be empty or did I run into a glitch? My inventory was full at the time, not sure if that should make a difference.
Wiki says this is where the Bucket of Blood for Snake is supposed to be. i can just make one so it isn't the biggest deal but I was hoping to just get that task over with and get the damn stamp already

The chest was always empty for me. Bloody nails are from the knife enemies and bucket of blood is crafted. I never found the stamp to be useful so just get it from royal services later if you want it.

Did you not make any money off the meat?

Meat's worth about a silver per, but lowers corpse quality and requires paper. Also, I didn't want to sell human meat.
