Perfume at Church Workbench?

I know there's that one quest Ms. Charm gives you where she wants perfume, and to get it you go to Miss Chain, but I could have sworn the Keeper mentioned that he could try crafting it at his church workbench.

Now, I never could craft it, so I just went and caught 12 frogs to exchange for it, but later on in Ms. Charm questline, you gain the ability to buy and sell Jewelry and Perfume to her.

Now, Jewelry I can craft, but I still can't find any way to make Perfume.
And since there doesn't seem to be a use for Perfume outside of selling it to Ms. Charm, I can't think of why I'd want to buy any from her, either.

Did I somehow miss picking up the recipe for perfume?
If I could craft it, it'd be yet another way to make some money by selling it to Ms. Charm.
