how can i get a gold star story?

Can someone tell me where i can get a story with a golden star?

*You can get it from high level confessions.
*You can also craft it yourself if you have the inspiration prayer active along with the 2 support passives. (I think it is 20% chance, got lucky and got mine first attempt).
*Studying high end items with the "deep knowledge"passive, cannot recall the name, one that gives stories when studying items. High end items such as marble tombstones.

And finally I believe certain later parts of the other storylines gives a gold story as well, but must say did not pay attention to them at that point.

Gold Star Story is a easy Fix but the " Gold Star Book " is another story ,-) Basically you do not need that story before you can make " The Gold Star Book " ,-)

-- The Astronomer may help you with some parts.
-- You also need The Prayer Boost who help you to write better ( Imagination Buff )
-- Look at those small pictures on the tech tree ( aim at them with your mouse arrow and now they give you info )

--The First Prayer you make is Prayer For Donation ( bronze star )
--Second Prayer is : Prayer For Imagination ( bronze star ) This prayer add buff when you make those Gold prayer and some of those different part with %.
-- Now you may buy from the astronomer 1 Hard Cover Gold Star ( keep in mind he only sell 1 " Gold Star Hard Cover ) and this one you only use to make your first Gold Star Prayer like " Combo Prayer "
-- Lather on you can work on your Tech and soon you can make those hard silver and gold Hard Cover + Gold Prayer.

Another thing you may need to know is : When you use Prayer for Imagination then make sure you got al your item ready because this buff got " Time Limited " and you do not wanna waste time here.

-- When you use Prayer for Shoots and Roots you got long term time limited and make sure you do not sleep it away and this one you keep to the end of the time so basically you can add another Prayer to it like Prayer for Donation or Combo.

You can actually get it as high as 50%.

It's randomly possible to get it due the story dialogue. I don't know why bishop gave me actually 2 stories with golden star, but I don't know if there is any conditioning to get it?

All dialogue with NPC provide some stories, early game will have only bronze, then it increase to bronze/silver and silver/gold.
It is still random, but you will have good odds to get gold stories from all late game quests.
