Wooden and Stone Prayer Stations?

Does anyone know if they do anything other than adding 2 and 4 quality points?
Considering that you need books to craft them.

Crafting Lantern is much cheaper, and adds the same 4 quality points.

Lantern might be cheaper, but it's unlocked a lot later then Wooden Prayer Stations.
But so far I haven't noticed anything special about them, beyond they have a nice look to it. I guess you would also earn some blue while making them, so you know, not the worst.

I already unlocked it, so I was curious if they have something special. It would be great if they could give you sometimes 1 faith as confessional.

Then it's better stick to Lanterns.

I did watch a stream some days ago where a grave next to a prayer station suddenly and seemingly randomly dropped a healing potion for no apparent reason when the player was walking around near it. Dunno if that was a bug but it might have been related to the prayer station.

Personally I think it's a waste of a good book you could have used for other purposes.
