dark intestine
are the chances to get it random? Is there a way to get it easier?

It's been 3 ingame weeks and nothing, full of hearts and brains...

been getting intestine and brains, not one heart yet

I got a brain and intestine the first two days I received the quest. I had to wait 8 weeks for a heart...

Also, it seems if you unlock the Inquisitiors dark organs quest before you do Snake's Vampire Hunter quest, you can get dark organs off his corpse. I got a Dark Brain and a Dark Intestine from that one corpse.
Maybe it was just RNG and not true for other people, but it was amusing :D

I got dark brain and dark hearth from him. Is pure RNG, i got the intestines after a lot of weeks
