Save Vagner from the Northern Fort

The quest desprictions are godawful... What does the game want me to do?

I gave the astrologer a silver and a gold book. Now how do i save Vagner from the Northern Fort? I have no clue pls help!

I'm stuck on this quest too, and there is no tips in wikipedia.

After you give the Astrologer the gold book, wait one week. The University will give him permission for the archaeological expedition to the ruins under the old fort. You need your Aristocrat papers though. Then you, Ms. Charm, and Astrologer will head to the fort to save Vagner.
