How to get the fish filet for the bishop to upgrade the church?

I know how to fish etc. But where can I get the right fish and recipe?

He just want an uncooked filet, so no recipe needed. I used a silver grade bream to get mine, caught in the river. Just slice it up at the kitchen table.

You need red fish. I just bought them from the guy at the lighthouse, fishing is no fun^^.

Citizenship costs like, 5 copper though.
If you're referring to another thing, you mean paperwork for the next level of citizen, a building permit, THEN another cost after all that.

Don't worry just go north, get iron in the quarry and sell it to the blacksmith. Making nails and metal parts is more efficient

when you remove the blockage from the areas around the north-west part of your home, you will find another spot to fish other than the swamp area or the ocean. That's where you find the fish BREAM (the type of fish for fillets) that can then be cut up at your kitchen table. hope this was clear enouugh.
