Printing press
So I've been rummaging through the technologies and have been curious about the printing press and similar items. Like to make paper pulp and such. Is it really worth the investment?

Currently, the printing press is bugged. You can only make flyers with it (even with the upgrade) while several items clearly state they can be crafted at the press (most writing related items you can make at desks). I'd say right now it is not worth the point investment unless you have nothing else to get. Besides, you get plenty of bat wings you can use to get paper anyway.

Paper press and printing press is two different things. Paper is created at Paper Press.
You build paper press at your workyard and printing press in church basement.

I am aware of that, he was just asking if the printing press is worth it, which requires you to also invest in paper pressing. I was just giving an example why currently the whole tech line is underwhelming for what you get, at least until the devs fix it.

I wish I had found this thread before I bought it - the Paper press is OK imho - but the printing Complex Printing press was a total waste of my already rare blue points...
