honey beer?

ok, so i was giving the tavern owner one of my gold star beers, and he brambles on about some recipe for honey beer stoved away upstairs, but guess whjat, its not there... have been there two times, the first time just after he talked about it, and a few days later, guessing it could be something thats only laoded at the start of the day or so... is it just not implemented, or did a bug destroy my beutiful odins trunk recipe?

How do I level the sympathy of the tavern owner Horadrik. I can't get him higher than 20 points till now and did his quests already? And by this I can not go upstairs.

Hmmmm I got 90% with the Inquisitior and his questline ended there for me? But the tavern owner still doesn't let me go upstairs or talks about more than that I could get the scroll to brew honey beer??

Once you sell Burgers and Beer for the Inquisitioner's Witch Burnings. I'm not sure if you have to do it 3 times for the Tavern guy but at some point he will ask about your beer and you'll need to bring him 1 gold star beer, then he let's you go upstairs telling you there is a recipe in his desk for honey beer

I did that quest with the inquisitor already, also gave the tavern owner the beer, but still got only 20 points with the tavern owner, he offered me to go upstairs to get that recipy but I can not go there! That is my problem.
