If you check around the farm area (south of Sweet Home), you'll find some information and a suggestion to speak to an NPC - follow that, and the rest will come together for you.

The Stamp will require you to do some (local) exploring, and to meet an NPC - or to spend quite a bit of money, at that stage of the game.


Snake can help you with a Stamp, or you can buy one via the Church once you have it up and running.
