12 gold coins?

So i need to get the Aristocats Papers. ive done all quests till now and im at 6 gold coins. so i need to make another 6 while the church is closed. whats the best money making method? i might quit here since i dont wanna grind so much money bevore i can continue the story

I would suggest fishing in the sea with an excellent fishing rod and the lure with a gem at night (5% for golden fish that makes around 36 silver), the remaining fish coveres the cost for the lure. Also brewing gold wine is a good alternative. Maybe there are more efficient ways, but that popped into my mind when I was thinking bout it(:

ye i guess ill call it a qui.t it has been fun so far cba to grind only for money so i can do last quests. i got all the buildings and perks unlocked i spend alot money on that so i guess i misplayed.

i hope they lower the price to 6~9, 12g is just a pain. I have been selling crates with gold onions, its 11silver per crate, earning 66silver~ per week plus 25silver from the church, but its just painful to move all those crates

Honestly though how do you actually get in this situation in the first place? I thought after the first church upgrade a player would figure they should get the aristocrat papers next before proceeding too far with the bishop.

this game is one big grind, shame- its good looking but game us such is just boring- 99% fech quests :/

Well i had 6G coins what i though was enough. then to my sadness i found out i have to grind double the amount i have. while all this gold came from 1-15 dungeons levels through gold/silver and gems which i cant get anymore im so kinda quit the game now unless they lower the requirement

The game and the grinding so far has been alot fun it took alot time to figure out and make all the building available. i liked it alot. but the last part to get 12g is just too much for me

I like to point out that the intended way to get both rightful citizen/aristocrat is to get 20silver(old 1g) and 12g with the church closed. That is retarded lol im so grateful there isn't autosave in this game, that i could reload and take the money before upgrading the church

If you're main income is coming from the church you're playing the game wrong.
I am sitting on a little over 30 gold right now just from mining silver, selling the bars to the merchant, and making gold tier wine, and selling it to the merchant. Fishing is too boring when you can make coins while doing one activity that helps you with others wheras fishing is practically useless.
I sell the silver/gold tier wine, and keep the bronze wine for myself.. and boy you get 30 hp, and like 60 energy back for using the bronze wine you can do the dungeon or w/e else you want while still making money on the side.
