How to acquire more nails? Haaaelp.

You can buy them from the blacksmith or get the tech and make them with iron, a furnace and anvil.

Definitely learn how to make them with Smithing technology tree and make your own.

U can go to dungeon and acquire bloody nails. Then just wash them with water and sand. Though just smithing them yourself is much more profitable. In the 2nd day(global day, not game day) of full version i was smelting like 70 iron ores into bars so i can't say i lack nails :D.

Which one do I need to unlock to make them? I was a little confused with this. But thank you all for replying so quickly! :D

You can make them as soon as you build a wooden anvil, tec tree "Smithing" task "Primitive Forging"

Previously my stuff listed under Smithing was hidden, but I do need to recheck this since I did just finish the quest for the Blacksmith. :)

A lot of the tech that is greyed out requires you to follow the quest missions to unlock the ability to make books, clay potter etc.

Ok, that makes sense. Otherwise there wouldn't be much point to chatting to the townspeople or following the story, haha.
