You can use it in the same way as buckets of water, which gives you alcohol. I can only assume that it's used for alchemy, but I haven't checked if the actual drops of alcohol have any uses.

using it like you do a bucket of water you get the alcohol drops which are used in the creation of the 2nd type of incense combined with acceleration powder and I think the life essence liquid

you need it to make the tier 3 candles the way i did, 1 slowness thing and 1 booze for white paint.
