It is place there inquisitor stays, just east from your home

Usually there's a guard there before you've triggered it's opening who will tell you it only opens on x day for the inquisitor. Hard to miss.

yes indeed that is what I am thinking to the game have no single quest log you it is hard to know what you must do

It would take some time but it would be quite nice to know some of the goals of the game without having to write half of the stuff down.
