The bishop
i finished the first quest but i cant find the bishop. where is he at?

He comes back on the same day every week and hangs out by the church.

Yes, he tells you as much the first time he visits.

Most of the quest related NPCs are only available one day a week.

In case anyone gets confused, it shows you which day the NPCs are available with a little icon denoting the day in the Known NPCs menu.
