Red bar over head and percentage over corpse？
I guess i ate something poisonous and get a red bar over head…and also what's the percentage over dead body？the fresh degree？ I feel like I'm guessing all the time in initial hours…not fun…

Sleep to heal or eat stuff.

If corpse freshness drops to low you'll start to lose white skulls.

You can build a slab in the morge to stop the freshness decaying

It's weird why i didn't see the red bar in the beginning and it just popped up after i ate something raw…

You ate something that damaged you. Your health bar is only visible when it's less than 100%.
