So I threw my first corpse in a river and the skull came up and told me I should burn them instead and told mea good place to do it but my attention was pull away from my screen so I missed it.. which place was he referring to?

there's a tiny little building thingy you can interact with cleverly hidden behind the tree.

it's south of your graveyard, just a little further back east from the furthest southeast grave, the one in the corner they make you dump, right in that area with the clusters of medium trees.

look for a crafting bench that has a tree growing through/on top of it, i think it's position is kinda buggy to be honest, but it is functional.

How I build a "bodyburningfireplace"? It shows me the cost of 8 logs but 0/8 all the time. Where am I supposed to drop these logs? I moved 10 logs to that area, nothing. I have 9 logs in the stockpile at my house. Nothing. I only can build a chest there and that won't help me at all. ( I think, because you can't drop them there)

You need 8 billets, not 8 logs. You use logs to make billets, I forget which craft item is used to make them, and a pyre is a one-shot. One body+one pyre=ash and salt. The pyre is consumed by the burining corpse, which does not give you a certificate that you can sell, btw. But the ash and salt are used to make other things, like everything else in the game.

It's locked off because you haven't learned a previous tech in that tree or you don't meet the colored tech requirements for Cremation.

Cremation branches off the burial tech line with all the grave decor. It's probably the second tech from the left for the first run, which unlocks funerary pyres, burial urns and columns with those in. I think it's only a low number of red and green say 5-10 of each, or maybe just the one. Pretty sure you don't need blue for it because I got it before unlocking the church.

Hi, I need help with this.
I kind of threw a body to the river, but... no skull came out and the body reached 0%, so.. I have the cremation plase ready, but I think i can't advance without it. exactly where do you need to trhow the body? each time I tried, it returned to the shore. and I found a place where it goes off, but reaches the other side of the shore and... well, nothing came out....

To the immediate west of the church, south of the small bridge, on the eastern side. There should be a prompt when carrying the corpse, and the corpse should drift southward down the river...

This post is also in regards to a side quest, where'in you're directed by a ghost to dig up a particular corpse in the graveyard and dispose of that ...have you done this? - is that the corpse in question? - or are we using a recently delivered corpse?
