Quest Log?

I've only played a couple of game days so far but it looks like there isn't a quest log or way to track my current tasks (such as tidying the graveyard/taking letter to blacksmith etc)
Am I missing something of should I be slipping this into feedback and suggestions?

Check the NPC's that you've met. If you have a quest from them, it will be listed with them.

Open your Character Menu (Tab on pc) and click the NPC tab, there should be assigned tasks listed underneath the relevant NPCs there.

I really wish there was a more in depth quest log I could access. Or a way to scroll through all the quests for each NPC so far. I’ve written them down but damn.

I noticed this game is missing a lot of these comfortable things. Its actually nice to some extent that you arent guided all the time and you need to actually figure stuff out for yourself. But some comfort would be nice, like questlog and perhaps a menu for ingredients and needed material for all the stuff you can build.

Its a game where a pen and notepad comes in very handy.
