Grave in wheat farm
Has anyone noticed the odd grave in middle of the wheat field? Does it actually have a function?

There is also one close to the burned house in witch hill and no i do no believe they have a function, at least yet.

So they are like funny little things you can find? That's actually pretty neat.

Perhaps they will be tied to a quest at a later date, like the miller asking you to decorate that grave because it belongs to his wife/son/daughter/father/mother etc and you will gain a lot of friendship points with him, the one at witch hill perhaps tied with cleo the witch at the swamp in that you might need to talk to her ghost for something or other.

Sounds reasonable enough

I digged out the grave on the witch hill and burried it on my graveyard. The corpse has "nothing" in it. No Bones, Blood - nothing :) I hoped something will happen but - no. Nothing happened :/

We must keep an eye for more of these... Mysterious graves... My conspirasy theory is that these guys may be something like our talking skull friend Gerry. Previous Graveyard keepers!

I took the corpses out from theese places but they have no features even after i have put them in my graveyard. Would be nice if they had like 7 or 8 white skulls : )

I found the one behind the Burnt House as well. I just fixed the grave up but left them there. Figured they would rather be there than in the church yard.

I was hoping they would be some sort of easter eggs and have some special effect or give you a quest if you do something with them. Bummer that this doesn't seem to be the case.

Didn't the Inquisitor say that he used to live in the burnt house with his wife and child, but that they died in a fire lit by cultists along with the house, hence his relentless hatred for cultists. Maybe there'll be more back story with a quest in a future update?

I believe witches, not cultists. But so far - yes, it seems to be his wife's grave.

I reckon the burnt house was the home of an alchemist blowing up the riverside by accident now blocking the water flow leading to the town's problems. I guess, there should have been a quest to clear this blockage to let the ship of the dead sail again and end the town's dilemma.

Or: The inquisitor is the cause of all this. His all-times burning coal once lit the houses vinecellar and detonated the booze killing the family and blocking the river. He was absent and delusionally, he blamed witches...Dun Dun DUUUUUN!

The one in the fields...maybe a relative of the miller, maybe a pagan sacrifice for fertility. Either way - they gave me a zero grade grave and 2 burial certificates.

While I cannot say anything on the grave by the miller.

I do know simply going by context in the game that the grave by the burned house on Witch Hill was and still likely is, the property of the Inquisitor, containing what remains of his wife or kid. Can't say for certain why there is only one body though, unless they packed both corpses into one thing and called it a day.

Dunno. Probably a miller's spouse or a parent. I dug out the body and burned it for no reason, thought there could be something in that grave. And there were nothing except the body. So, yeah...

It's explained later in the story.
