Where can i get peat to build fields?

When you grow crops, some of the crops will fail and produce "Crop Waste". Crop waste in the Compost Heap produces Peat, which acts as a base level fertilizer.

Also a trader in a north part of the village sells it, it's dirt cheap search around (not after dusk)
