You can get the stamp by Unlocking the church and buying through the post box or by speaking with Miss Charm and she can point you in the right direction for Fake stamp

Can buy it for 50 silver after you open the church from the mailbox out front. Or by talking to miss charm. You need faith from the church regardless to get through miss charm.
