Where is this stamp i need to sell my meat? I have been looking and speaking to everyone. No luck. And the bartender wont repeat hiself to tell me where the man is again. Help?

You have to talk to the woman who comes to the bar once a week. You'll need to spend 5 faith to talk to her. She will then tell you about a guy in your basement. Open up the blocked passage, talk to him, spend more faith, and you may be able to cut a deal with him at that point.

I am assuming the faith points are the points next to the blue icon? Under the green?. How do i accumulate faith points? I have lots of points under red and green. But not blue. Thank you for your help :)

faith points are the resource you gain when you lead mass at church

The meat stamp is pretty much a mid to late game thing, even though it's one of the first quests you get. You have to clean up the church and graveyard, and learn some advanced crafting to be able to get it.
