Wine for Gerry?

I can't find any vendor or recipe for the right bottle of wine for Gerry. Can anyone help me out?

You can buy some from the tavern once you unlock the second tier trading (which you get by simply doing business with him).

Gerry said there is wine in the church basement, but I can't find it. I assume it's in a closed-off rubble area, but I haven't been able to open those yet because I'm not sure how to make wooden beams.

The wine you can buy off the tavern or merchant (red wine) is not the one Gerry is asking for. Or is this a bug on my game?

That I don't know. I haven't bought any, I just assumed it was the same thing as the beer. I bought some beer at the beginning because I didn't realize I'd get a free one.

It's a bug. In new version we replace this wine with one you can make by yourself. Unfortunately this is a last quest form Gerry in Alpha build.

Regarding Alpha updates, how can we get those? Will we recieve email notifications with a link to the new installation package?

there's a link in-game which allows you to download the latest version.

I found the wine bottle at the tavern, it had a gold star, but haven't tried giving it to gerry yet

The tavern sells 2 wines on tier 2, a silver rating and a copper rating, Gerry needs the Silver rating one, just like the Actor's quest in the tavern.
