Black Paint

I need black paint to make ink. Where would I find/make this?

It does not seem to work for me on version 0.678. I have Ash and 2 seed oil in my inventory, I can select the ash in the aclchemy bench but not the oil.

Edit: nvm, you have to do the rather silly trick on the seed oil in your inventory to get the droplets, like water.

You know how you use a bucket of water to turn it into water? If you do the same with seed oil you get oil which is what you actually need for the black paint.

Just...uh...watch how much Black Paint you make, since if you have the resources, the amount can get quite silly. One of my files had to build 4-5 Scrollcases to hold all of the Quill & Inks I made to get rid of some of the paint.

Man, it took a couple of hours for me to realise I need to "use"a bucket of water to get water and now this. Why is this a thing?
