cant find how to build stone cutter

I have the stone cutter unlocked however when i go to the yard planner its not in there to build

1º you need the technology and then will appears in the yard plans

I'm having the same issue, did you manage to find a solution?

i'm thinking it is an issue where you cannot scroll down through the yard menu blueprints i am having the same issue .

I had the same issue, it was only till I plugged in my mouse that I was able to scroll down using it that way. XD
I don’t know if this will help
