Giant Carrot

I did the part with Clotho to get the giant carrot. And I gave her a carrot. I assume she made a giant carrot for me, but where is it? Does it get added to my inventory? Or is it like a log on the ground? I might be totally blind and am not seeing it. I assume I didn't accidently destroy it or put it in some random box.

If you completed the quest you should have had a carrot shaped "log" appear either in your arms or on the floor (Can't quite remember). It might have shuffled behind something

Maybe cut down some trees or move around behind them. It's hard to miss.

I suspected that was the case, it drops pretty close to that.
