Getting tavern to level 40
Im stuck at level 23 how to I advance the progression of the tavern in the dlc

I seem to recall that I had to have the special dagger in my inventory, then talk to Adam, then go to the tavern and upgrade it (same place you build tavern tables and artifact display), but it was around 4AM at the time and my memory is a little vague.

You have to advance the DLC story to the point where you talk to Adam about the ancient pottery.
