Does this game have an ending

Or is it just random missions? I personally prefer if there is some narrative, even if its environmental, driving me forward that eventually has an end so I feel an accomplishment when it wraps up.

I know its procedurally generated so no new game will ever be the same (or so these companies love to say but I often find with procedurally is that things repeat more often than not).

There is a playable prologue that sets up the story but from there it's just random missions, no proper ending in the game yet.

The game has no Lore Ending or a mechanical end either - there is an endgame that is planned, but we are not there yet.

It's currently in the works and slowly being unfurled to players. The COVID-19 lockdown restrictions have impacted the Enhanced Horror team's operations so it might be doled out slower than anticipated by the devs, but the end of the story is drawing near.
