You guys, please use more diverse weapon strategies in standard co-op endless.
Over even just a few weeks, I've seen many players in co-op endless public lobbies using only one or two weapons against basically every enemy. While that can work, its not very practical.

Side note: MK3, MK4, and MK5 sword bots block arrows. Please stop shooting arrows at them unless you kick them first.

[Edit]: A common theme I see among players is struggling to connect their hits, and evading enemy hits. Finding a way to use your booster/jetpack for both offensive, and defensive purposes will make it easier for you to connect your hit before your enemy can connect theirs.

This is valid advice! I'll be honest, I like being bad at this game, so I'm not gonna actually switch up my strats, but like!! This is unironically good advice for folks looking to be better at the game

Thanks! I used to main sword before accepting the hammer and spear into my loadout. I was astonished by how much easier it made those other enemies.

Each weapon has it's place, a sword [with deflect] is better for ranged enemies, but has some trouble dealing with crowds.

While the hammer is an elegant solution for crowds, you also have to deal with speed- and it is unlikely that crowd is going to wait for you to get a second swing.

Finally, the bow is a great tactical tool, but isn't really a 'main weapon' in endless.

Spear is great for stabbing into shielded points, or when some extra protection is needed. [Getting hit by a hammer with a shield up is usually preferable to being hit by a hammer period.]

Switching weapons takes time, so it's usually il-advised to change mid-swing.

But it is my opinion that, any weapon can be effective if wielded right. The most important weapon of all is footwork.

And also the kick is the best weapon in existence /hj.

I agree on most of that. I will say that spear is also good against logistics bots, since the shield is more likely to defend you if it does end up trying to hit you mid-attack.

Honestly if their busy creating new bots, they're not too big of a threat. [Hammer still sends them flying.] But I'd say the spear glows when your fighting the bomb spammer, because it might kill them a lot faster than playing 'whoops I've been knocked over' 'whoops I've been knocked over' 'whoops I've be-Oh no I got them.'

Logistics bots have swords, infantry bots spawn bots, warfare bots create bombs, and mind space bots shoot arrows. I agree about hammer use in some cases, although its not my dominant weapon. Really, the major issue for most bots is timing hits. I prefer spear against warfare, infantry, and logistics bots. Sometimes I'll use the sword on infantry and warfare bots, though. Depends on the situation. I prefer sword for mind space, since having block arrows makes them much less risky to take on.

i've practiced against command bots on chapter 4, mind space is countered by arrow deflecting (depends on the robot that you transfered to), infantry is countered by bow (the faster he dies, the better), logistics is countered by anything EXCEPT sword and bow (since logistics can deflect), warfare needs any weapon; just dont get comboed by bomb + fire

Yeah, pretty much. Although, I don't really use bow much. I use it on enemies who stand still, but I'll use another weapon on any other bot. Personal preference when it comes to most enemies that can be reasonably countered with a bow.
