Report a translation problem
This screen usually means Clone Drone can't communicate with PlayFab for match lookups. Most likely it is a temporary, regional outage.
Unfortunately there's not much to suggest other than the typical stuff, you know mostly all the stuff you already did. (Great job on narrowing down the issue, btw!)
Whenever this has popped up in the past for someone, waiting it out is usually the best advice I can give them. :( The good news though is that we are working on migrating to a larger host, with more server locations. Hopefully this will minimize these "regional" outages to small and quite temporary, if any.
I do hate it when a game updates and then breaks on me, I definitely feel your pain there, for sure! The best I can do is to give you the above information and hope the problem works itself out fairly soon.
