Meaning which should I buy in map 1? Is it better to save for the moloch class, or is it a waste of money and you're better off getting something cheaper?

I'm up to level 8 with my captain (pretty much as high as I've ever got to date) and now I'm starting to see advanced enemies in the Reach? Like the railgun enemies you only usually see in Albion, but in the reach? There's also a lot of large blob creature things (idk what they are) firing loads of short range fungal missiles. I've not tried to kill those. Is this normal? Does the game throw harder enemies at you if you level up more? I expected the Reach to be fairly chill and easy, but it's getting h...

i just dropped off all 4 of my trade requests and they won't reset for another 20 days or so... My terror is also gone. ...Port Reports? It's port reports isn't it.

So on my first captain I leave Winchester with 4 Fuel and 4 Supplies, about 2/3 to Magdalene I get a Sky Story event that I either try a 7% success option or eat a 2 fuel cost. Okay fine ♥♥♥♥ happens... except I have now gotten this event any time I trip over an area that puts a name on my chart. Save scumming doesn't help it is consistent and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ INFURIATING. How in all hell am I meant to make and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money with this minefield of exploring....
