Can't find Reverse?

I also looked for this magic in the clan bazaar in Rabanastre but it is not there, why is that? There are all the other green spells (bubble/drain/oil/bait) but not reverse, why?

You need a certain Clan Rank
Rank "Knight of the Round" (32 Marks and 500.000 Clan Points) unlock Reverse Spell
Rank "Order of Ambrosia" (45 Marks, 1.000.000 Clan Points and Completing the Sky Pirate's Den) unlock Various motes (Reverse Mote)
