Hey ! Struggling at fishing ? Here is the solution

The only annoying stuff i hated in that game was the fishing. And now im on steam with an emulated PS4 controller ... it's like pure hell because keys doesn't match on screen since it's with a xbox360ctrler pilot and my brain is not used to that ♥♥♥♥ while these fishes are passing by real fast.

So ... instead of spending hours to erase my PS4 controller reflexes, so i can success this (♥♥♥♥♥♥ admit it) mini game ... i remembered a solution i already did for FF9 when i had to win these stupid races with Vivi in alexandria (if you know it, you can feel the pain !). that solution was :

Tadam !Slow the game's FPS ! Imputed with at least half of the FPS, u will have time to read the keys like an alzheimer old man and still success.

How do you do that ? simple !

Here is a soft called "Rivatuner" that allow you to tweak fps of a game, and ofc slowing it.

here is the soft, for free, fully compatible with win10, no viruses (serious stuff), light, and you can uninstall it after anyway.

Now ...

- Save your game in front of the fishing guy and close the game
- Install this ♥♥♥♥
- Run it and put your FFXII executable in the soft's application list (should be in your steam folder : \steam\SteamApps\common\FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE\x64\)
- Select the fps limitation and put it down to 18 fps (this game is actually running at 30 fps, even if u see 60 displayed on steam ... the sad truth is half are lost because the game never meant to be at 60 fps). 18 fps will be slow enough so you won't miss hit or be panicked. 20 is a little too much sometimes for an old alzheimer man and 15 fps is like ... you gonna fall asleep while doing t xD
- Simply restart your game with Rivatuner active. Load your save.
- Drag your slow ass to the fishing guy
- Enjoy

Don' hesitate to go to 9-10 fps if you are really messing up in last spots of fishing, or going 30 fps between cinematics. You can tweak that while the game is paused there is no pbm at all.
