Cypher of the Old Ones? are they flawed?

Just wondering about the remaining empty spaces after we've put in the one we have to for the puzzle.

I am in no way good at puzzles, which is in part the reason I am asking here since I did get to the right answer which was "2 Purple"
I likely got the numbers placed right as well, however there are still 4 spots on the grid where I have no clue which is Blue and Which is Yellow.
Am I missing something obvious?

4? 2P 1R 3?
3R 4Y 2B 1P
2? 1R 3P 4?


How do I solve which of the remaining are blue or yellow?

There are a couple that are a bit buggy theres one with a spinner the four by four one is some what simple. numbers and colors cannot repeat vertically or horizontal. There another one that asks you to figure out one side of dice which is also generally pretty simple to figure out. then there is another which is dead simple as all you have to do is figure out which of the symbols is only shown once. The one I have trouble with is either the ouside or the inside spins and either way I have trouble visuallizing how every thing lines up but that mostly because I am old as and my eyes are nowhere as good as once they were.

I admit, that I gave up with these puzzles, same are easy, same I did not realize, how to solve it, and I do not want to waste time with that, for me the strategy game is about decisions, not about puzzles
