A big, dumb idiot. I read his 1d4 chan synopsis, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Slowly read through the Horus Heresy and his books are some of the worst in that series. A total brainlet who puts his own, uninspired ideas ahead of what would serve the series and setting best.

Ward was a Warhammer 40k kid who became the temporary failed steward of the classic Warhammer lore. Rick Priestly and Bill King were the 2 main core originators of the real "cannon"(Early 3-4 Ed. Warhammer Armies books and the Troll Slayer novels) GW corporatism eventually drove the originators off and Ward lead the universe to become another 40k. However, thanks to the makers of Total War and Vermintide, that original vision... more or less, still lives on in glorious fashion.
