the 9th book of nagash is missing

Hi all,
i cant find the 9th book. It means that the owner of this book is arkan the black, but i still defeated him and close the campagne. Where is the book now? It is also not on the map.

the 9th book of nagash is only usable as arkhan

it's what allows him to recruit VC units, so it's disabled for every other LL, if you beat him you can't ever take that book from him

Yup, it's also shown in the list of books as red and unobtainable. With a description along the lines of: "The book is so well-hidden, that we can't ever hope to find it."

As it's explained by the text, Arkhan doesn't even have it on his body. It's in his faction's possession, but hidden.

Arkhan the Black starts with 1 book, that allows him to use vampire units.

Let's not forget the rumoured 10th book of Nagash. Legend has it Nagash kept it under his bed and wouldn't let anyone else see it. Even after Nagash was killed nobody was able to open it, the pages were tightly stuck together...
