Completely understand where the OP is coming from tho.
So is existance...what exactly is your point?
Quests won't get better if you play "harder" or better or whatever.
Point is: A lot of people seem to think there's some sort of ultimate quest or quest line after which they will complete the game. This is not true, you cannot win the game and should drop it sooner rather than later because it is shallow and there is no end game content.
You made me think of Empires of the Undergrowth ... lol ...
I figured it might be something like "its so bad out there, this place without bugs/ghouls/scorpions is Utopia". Alternately, "its the apocalypse, what did you expect"? Kinda like a sassy sarcasm or something. But our vaults are already way better than that, so it falls flat.
They have enough graphics to make our vaults look nice, even on a crappy F2P mobile port. So they could have done as much in "Utopia", at least. That is my point.
Yes, but its also possible to get something that is horrible (sub-10 damage maximum), but still a legendary weapon. This is what happened to me. I don't know why this type of weapon even exists. And nuka cola quantam you get on every second quest :(
It is the final quest in the chain, after all!
