some people purchase this game for the courier and refund the game.But the courier is not returned.They can have the courier and need pay for nothing.I think that is not fair.

Also i meet some language problem,i need Chinese.That`s really not funny to play the game with a dictionary.

It's because of people like this one TF2 and other nice games are now getting bugfixes quickly. Probably constant balance changes (more like 180 degrees turns) too.

Those people you mentioned cannot enjoy this great game, unlike you - if you didn't refund it. It also doesn't affect you even one bit, so... was it worth mentioning? Why would you even care for them?
