Multiple Block and Frenzy

I have a character that has Mulitple Block and Frenzy, but the game keeps defaulting to using multiple block when I'm supposed to be able to choose, how do I choose?

Go options and choose optional skills preset.
I guess you turn off enabled for your skill and turn on ask option.

I had same problem, i chose hail mary for my thrower and then my next game was screwed cus hail mary was default.
Spent first half trying to figure out what seems to be problem and opponent scored 2 touchdowns cus i lost my turn so many times.......
Lost my first playoff game 2-1 because of this....sucks....
